Meet Matthias
For about 40 years, working to help businesses grow, I have seen the great need and have had the desire to help small business owners accomplish more of their aspirations -- and make an even greater difference in other people’s lives. Now we have the happy opportunity of working with current and aspiring business owners all over the world -- and particularly in various countries in Africa.
Meet Tucker
A man of many gifts and talents, Tucker developed serveral of his own businesses — and is now passionate about helping other people grow successful businesses. He has lived most of his life in Uganda, and also has experience in Nigeria. Tucker believes and sees that now is a great time of opportunity for Africa and its people. With his good nature of humility, confidence, and belief in divine power to help us in our lives — he believes that anyone who is open to learn and seek help can grow as a person and grow their business!
Meet John
John has a unique ability to help others understand complex concepts in simple ways, with examples and stories. Whether you have a lot of business experience and education, or very little — John can help you see and focus on the simple principles that underlie the essence of your business success. He also becomes an instant and trustworthy friend on a personal level. John understands the ups and downs of life — and wants to help make a difference in your life, as well as impact the lives of your customers and employees in meaningful ways.
Meet Gracious
After working to serve others in Tanzania, Gracious now resides in her home country of Zambia. She has taken hold of the opportunity to learn and serve as business advisor and help business owners throughout various countries in Africa. Gracious has a natural gift of intelligence and an ability to help you create a strategy that will lead to meaningful business success. She is honored to have the opportunity to not only help your business grow, but to help you create positive impact and grow personally as well.

Matt is coming from Spain to join our Growth Partners team and begin assisting business owners in Africa, and immigrants in the United States.
Matt’s diligence, discipline, hard work — added to heavenly help — is a key to Matt’s success.
His focus is always on helping the individual. And Matt loves the ripple effect of tossing a stone into a lake. By helping one individual grow as a person, and grow their business — that ripples to the business hiring more people to bless many families, as well as providing products & services that make a difference in customers’ lives.
